2. Products & Availability: All Levéris pieces are made to order. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Colors and print results may vary slightly from on-screen representations due to monitor settings and production processes.

3. Orders & Payment: By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Pricing All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our production partner. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Returns & Refunds: All Levéris pieces are made to order and we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery at leverisclothing@gmail.com with a photo and your order number — we'll offer a replacement or full refund at no cost. Claims for misprinted, damaged, defective, or lost items should ideally be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days and refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. For full details, see our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property: All content on this site — including logos, graphics, and product designs — is the property of Levéris and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability: Levéris is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
